Self-Love Sunday Service

Self-Love Sunday Service is a virtual monthly group reset for the mind, body, and spirit. 

Self-Love Sunday Service includes, sound healing, distant reiki (energy healing), monthly collective group reading, and a journal prompt for reflection. 

How to prepare:

- Make sure you're in space where you won't be distracted or interrupted

- Since this is virtual, you should be somewhere comfortable preferably where you're able to lie down

- Have a pen and journal ready for notes and journal prompt

- Have some water and fruit available (optional)

- Pillow/Blanket (optional)

- Be open to receiving
